Building and running a whole product
Meridian
Real-time risk-management software for futures traders, which I founded in April 2026 and run myself. It's listed in the NinjaTrader Ecosystem after NinjaTrader's compliance, QA and executive review, with Tradovate and Ironbeam apps in early access.

In April 2026 I founded Meridian, real-time risk-management software for futures traders, and I own every part of it. I taught myself C#/.NET to write its real-time engine and got it through the compliance, QA and executive review at NinjaTrader, the largest futures trading platform; it's listed on its platform, and its Tradovate and Ironbeam apps are in early access. I set the pricing, run the affiliate program and the marketing, and handle the support conversations with traders myself. When the first pricing didn't work, I made the core product free and kept one paid feature. Nobody asked me to build any of it, and I've learned more from it than from anything else. I also built CrazySmartPDF, which turns Excel files into print-ready PDFs in one batch.
